I eat 3 times a day and that is lunch, hi tea and dinner my thighs are to heavy and I want to lose weight also and on my face some tiny pimples on forehead and chick what can I do.

Some tips for weight loss :- 1) Take proper diet. 2) Don't skip meals especially breakfast. 3) Maintain your food timing and amount. 4) Take atleast 2 to 3 litres water per day. 5) Don't take outside foods, package foods, processed foods, oily foods, bakery items. 6) Take 3 to 4 meals in a day. 7) Do some exercise for minimum 30 minutes. 8) Eat raw fruits with skin. 9) Take green leafy vegetables. 10) Take green tea. Some exercise for weight loss :- 1) Walking 2) Swimming 3) Squats 4) Crunches 5) Planks.
