Ok! Include Fibrous food like raw vegetables in the Salad form, include more fruits like Papaya, Apple, Mausami, Orange, Pear, Carrot. Etc. And avoid to take raw salt on the salad and fruits for dressing instead of you can take black pepper, jeera powdwr, ajwain powder. Include 3lts. Water in a day. Use cinnamon powder.
