Hello my age is 17, weight 54.5,height 5.4 I want to reduce my thigh fat in a month time. Please suggest some exercises. And should I start following a strict low carb diet (eg: Ducan Diet) for the same?

You can try HIIT workouts. There are specific workouts for legs thighs etc however they take longer time to show results. Like 'Skinny Jeans Workout' by Popsugarfitness channel. Aim to stay fit and confident. Love and respect your body. Accept yourself the way you are. There is nothing called as perfect figure. Being happy is most important.
