Conflict in thinking, I can do my basic level in work but I can't reach excellence level. My head become heavy and paining when I trying to cross my comfort level of thinking about work this convert into stress frustration. Is it possible to come out from this.

Yes, please take a few minutes nap in between work for 10 minutes. Practice meditation and try to separate work from personal life.

You can come out of this problem by exposing urself to pranayama and yoga which strengthens your mind and body. Meditation gives lot of peace and comfort to your mind through which you can increase your level of excellence. Take more fruits and vegetables and sprouts in food. Take 2tsp of intellec syrup twice after meals every day.
