Hi, Add 1tsp honey with 2 tsp lemon juice to luke warm water and have it in empty stomach in morning. Include fish (mackerel, tuna, trout, salmon, sardines) in your diet. Replace carbohydrate foods in your diet with with protein foods like quinoa, oats, lean meat, egg white, skin out chicken, spinach, broccoli, jowar, bajra, wheat. Include buttermilk, green tea, lemon water in your day's schedule. Avoid oily and fat foods, junk foods, carbonated beverages, roots like potato, yam, colocasia. Have a post workout meal which mainly is protein in nature. Take sufficient amount of fibre rich foods and consume enough amount of water in a day. Give a gap of 2 hours between dinner and sleep.
