I am a health conscious person. Eating healthy and fresh thing is my way of living. But from last few months. I am having a problem. And I try to resolve it on my way. But didn't find a proper solution. The Problem is "After 4-5 hrs of lunch .My stomach start bloating" Even I don't feel hungry. But Still it bloat. Even I started taking small meal in the evening .But nothing works. Can anybody suggest me .Why is it happening? And how get rid of that bloating thing?

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to acidity - chew your food well, have meals on time, do not skip meals, have 4-5 meals including snacks, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after meals - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, also restrict tea, coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day, also restrict chocolate, dairy products, mint, legumes & pulses which are gas producing - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - take a walk for 10 -15 min after meals - take tablet Pan 40, 1 tablet half an hour before breakfast.
