I am a 22 years old male. College student. I was shy natured from the beginning but the shyness along with social anxiety has increased in last few years. Along with low self confidence and self esteem. My academic results are fairly good. I just want to change myself. I want to increase my communicational skills and reduce social anxiety. I think because I talk less I have less importance and it stops me from doing what I want to. How to stop these negativity and increase my social skill along with reduction of social anxiety?

It sounds good that you are well aware of your own personality and have taken initiative to change for the better. But it is a gradual process that takes time and efforts with patience. You can find a good counselor in Delhi who can provide proper training in overcoming your shyness and social anxiety, probably by means of a technic called CBT.
