I am 80 kg for 39 years it is normal weight or over weight if over weight how I can reduce the weight in which type of food control or which which type of excess.

Your ideal weight is 65.5 kg. So you r 14.5 kg more. Take fiber rich diet like vegetable less cabohydrates and less fat. Regular 30 minutes exercise will reduce your weight. Otherwise we have a herbal drug powder that decreases weight.
