I have very mild pain in left side of my abdomen, gas problem, bloating problem since last many years, currently I am 33 years old. I take too much stress and remain worried either in my office if no issue at office then about my health, from last 2 years I wake up early in the morning due to bloating, gas,constipation, Also had fit 3 years ago ,taking levera 500 in morning and 250 in evening. Kindly suggest for following little pain in left abdomen How can I improve my digestion Unwanted stress and anxiety regarding health.

Hello, For gas problem take 1/2 tsf of jeera powder +2cups of water, boil it, make 1cup decoction, add 1/4 tsf ghee in that and drink it warm. You can take this decoction twice a day. For stress add 2-2 drops of cows ghee in each nostril daily morning. Regards
