Listen there is reason to panic at all. You need to involve your partner and make her happy through slow wonderful foreplay, I am sure due to the early ejaculation you seem to be upset you seem to be very much stressed.(for your stress you must engage in some form or yoga or relaxation/meditation daily) Try this for PE it will help u. Pls note most of the times premature ejaculation (PE) occurs due to speed. We tend to go fast and in the process the sperm comes out sooner than required. I would suggest you to use an approach of no ejaculation at all. First go slow with your foreplay and avoid any kind of excitement, you and your partner may put more attention on your breath so as to be more relaxed during sex. When after proper foreplay years partner is ready you may penetrate but don't do in-out movement, instead just let years penis be in the vagina without any need to ejaculate at all. You may also change a posture when you feel like trying another posture. Believe me you will have no reason for worry regarding PE and also years relationship would immensely improve with years partner.
