4 months of time is not a time for get worried. Sometimes it takes more than one year to get conceive naturally. For some women, getting pregnant happens very quickly, but for others it can take longer. This can be upsetting, but it is normal. Figure out your fertile days, avoid smoking and alcohol, have healthy diet and avoid stress.
