Hii sirr. I am 19 years young and preparing for Army Physical test but my problem was Pain in knee and its lower side. I thought That I have low Calcium level please suggest any Solution to me.

Some of the most common problems associated with knee pain are sprained ligaments, meniscus tears, tendinitis, and runner's knee. If you have an old knee injury that wasn?t properly treated, it may flare up now and then or hurt all the time. Give rest and abstain from intense physical activity. Ice it to curb pain and swelling.
