I have constipation problem. And I only go to toilet once in two days. So I always has gastric problem. I don't know this is related or not but I have dark circles into my eyes and I slept at 1: 30 am at night and wake up around 8 am and also some time I take a 1 hr nap at afternoon. For my constipation I got a suggestion to eat oats because it has fibres so I eat daily at breakfast. I eat rolled oats. So can you give me any suggestion for my problem and for your information I don't have any acne on face but on my back there is full of acne. So what can I do? Please help me. Waiting for your reply. Hi, constipation occurs when you have low water intake or low fibre diet and even with sedentary life style. Include whole grain cereals, legumes and pulses, consume whole fruits instead of fruit juices. Foods like banana, cooked raw banana, oats, chapathi or paratha made of whole wheat, ragi, flax seeds, brown rice help in relieving the condition. Almost all vegetables are rich in fibre, and good amount of water has to be consumed when fibre rich diet is taken. Avoid excess non vegetarian food as it might alleviate the constipation. For acne you have to consider having flax seeds, almond, walnut, fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, sardine, tuna, soya beans, chia seeds and consider using olive oil. You have to avoid oily foods and foods that contain high amount of fats, junk foods. If you have a sedentary life style its suggestible to go for a walk every day at least 20-30 minutes.
