Hello, I'm following the below diet plan from last 10 days. Morning 1 glass of warm water with half lemon and 1 tbsp Honey at 6: 15 a.m empty stomach. Breakfast White Oats upma at 8: 30 a.m. Mid morning 1 Apple at 11: 30 a.m. Lunch 1 Jowar roti at 1: 30 p.m. Evening I'm having 1 cup of soaked Black Gram, Green Mung, and leave at 4: 30 p.m. Dinner again 1 jowar roti at 8: 30 p.m. Also walking for 60 mins Daily in two parts. During this diet I'm getting lot of emission of wind from the anus whole day. Can you suggest what are the changes required in diet to overcome the problem?

Hi, as far as your diet is concerned it is a good regime. But flatulence might happen when your diet has a high fibre diet. Try to replace jowar roti with chapathi in the night so that fibre content can be reduced. You can reduce the usage of black gram and green gram as evening snack as they have high tendency to produce flatulence too, so try other snack items like bread sandwich or vegetable soup and you can see the difference.
