I have neck pain, it's comes 3 or 4 times in a year. When I am in neck pain, I can't sleep and no energy to talk to someone and can't walk properly. It's more pain and goes in head, I take painkillers and it goes in 2 days but I cat understand why I have this much pain. I am a software professional and have computer sitting work for 8 hours. We will take break for toilet and tea and dinner. Please suggest me.

This is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression. It looks like you are anaemic. That's the reason your body becomes tired though you had good sleep during the night. The pain in the shoulder and back shows that your muscles become too tired especially in the area of the body where you get maximum body weight (ie. Back) and the shoulder which moves excessively during the day for any activity which we do with our hand. If the pain subsides after the day starts ie. Once your metabolic activity starts in the body then you become alright, so you can take bath in good warm water which would help you to break the tiredness. And also you can check with your calcium & vitamin levels in your body by consulting a general physician.
