I have white substance surrounding my penis head. Its making my foreskin dry and when I try to pull the foreskin to clean the substance it ruptures the foreskin. I am not circumcised and been facing this condition from last 1 week. I have been applying Amphy gel but it's not helping much.

During bathing retract the foreskin of your penis & wash the covered part with a soap daily. Clean your penis with water after you urinate everytime. This condition does not need any medication. You can take care of your problem by following the aforesaid described processes
