100/60 is normal and it do vary from person to person. Just increase your salt intake in diet .if your hemoglobin is below 6- blood transfusion needed to done, if around 8-9.you need to take supplements for the same. You can also opt for injectable forms.in diet just increase your intake of green leafy vegetable like spinach, peas etc. Increase intake of dates, jaggery, fish, egg, red meat.
