Sir/Madam, I am a 26 years old man and weigh 78 kgs. I recently started running for weight loss. My lower leg muscles hurt every time I run. I was told the pain will subside in a few days but it's been more than 15 days and nothing has changed. Pain is not constant, It only hurts when I run or walk fast. I use Volini pain relief spray but it doesn't seem to work. Can you please help. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.
