I am 23 year old and I have a problem of continuous hand tremors and it gets worse when I am under stress or pressure! Kindly suggest a solution.

Stress To reduce the stress it is better to go for walking regularly for around 2-3 kms in a park. You can reduce the anger or becoming emotional. Try to become organized and become more structured to reduce the stress. You an take hot water bath to reduce the stress and you can go for oil masssage in any ayurvedic centre.
