Suffering from anal fissure from last 12 year. I have kidney transplant in 2015, please suggest safe medicine.

You should show a gastroenterologist or surgeon who can look at it and then suggest medicine accordingly In general you may take isphagul with one large glass of water at night daily, so that the stools remain soft If the stools always remain soft then the fissure can start to heal with whatever medicine is being given.
