I am 56 years old my arms are more saggy and want to loose at least 5 kg weight. I am a working and have long working hours. I exercise moderately but not very regular.

U need to walk or jogg daily,,then u have to chng ur diet plan,,take less carbohydrate in ur diet,take less fat in ur diet,take lots of fresh fruits green veggies,,protein in ur diet,,take oats ,, boiled egg in breakfast,,take boiled chicken in lunch with salads,,take few nuts like walnuts,, almonds in the evening and also u can take sprouts,soaked chic peas ,,green tea and honey in warm water in the morning
