Hi, I have very good habits of eating healthy & doing regular exercise. But still my weight is constant. I want to loose more weight. I am 60 kg right now. And wanted to loose 2-3 kgs more. Please guide.

Hi Have a small glass of warm water with lemon daily early morning. This would help a bit. Also include more amount of Fibre rich foods in your regular diet. I advise to see a dietician for a personalized diet plan that suits your daily dietary requirement.
