As per my mri report I have disc dehydration and protrusion. Although there is no pain in back but whenever I bend forward or do any exercise which involves forward bending my back becomes stiff and difficult to walk or get up. What is the solution to this problem.

Avoid forward bending. Do exercises like ,lie on your stomach, lift your upper back and hold for 10 sec/10 rep. Same poision nxt variation is lift your legs alternate. Hot water fermentation before and after exercise. Wish you a quick recovery.
