Hello Doctor Good day! I want to reduce my weight upto 5 kg. I have taken 2000-2500 calories and also doing workout around 75 minutes Brisk walking and some aerobics exercises. Same I was do at the age of 35 that time I reduce 7 kg in 3 months. Please explain what factors behind this. I am not suffering with any diseases such as thyroid, Diabetes or Blood pressure. Can you help us? Thanks.

Hi lybrate-user, Along with good amount of workout we need to take care of healthy eating habits too. Include good amount of protein, omega 3 fatty acid food. Protein will help to take care of ware and tear of tissues while workout and omega 3 fatty acid will help to reduce cholesterol. Have lots of raw salad and whole grains in your meals. Have 10-12 glasses of water. Start your day with lemon water.
