I am just 15 years old and have 70 kg weight and just 5'7 height. And is not increasing. Want to lose weight and become taller. Can you suggest me a veg diet with some exercise to increase height upto 5'9 or 10 and lose 5 to 7 kg weight in 2 months. Pls reply.

Hi Lybrate-user, I would suggest you to incorporate foods rich in proteins that will help grow muscles and will help increase height like- milk, and milk products, soybean, pulses, nuts, etc. Avoid junk and fried foods and eat a healthy and balanced diet, just do some exercises (like- jogging, brisk walk etc) and also some exercises that helps in height gain (like walking on toes, jumping on toes with hands straight up, swimming, play basket all, stretching exercises etc), Will help in height gain.
