I am 30 years old male. One month ago I was having sever pain in my testicles. Along with pain my testicles gone red and swelling on both testicles. From 6-7 years my left testicle is bigger then right testicle.in my left testicle there is a bunch of veins and making a different shape. When my testicle is loose I can see the bunch of veins. I am a married man .from last two years while doing sex I am suffering from pre mature ejaculation. And my penis is going smaller. Please tell me it is due to testicles or anything. Sir please tell me if it is hydrocele or any other disease. And what is the treatment for it. Thanks.
