Hello lybrate-user, For your thyroid problem, avoid, raddish, soy beans and/or soy products, brinjal, etc. Strictly avoid drinking tea or coffee 2 hrs before or after having meals. For weight reduction, you need to cut down your carbohydrate intake, deep fried foods, fast food, and refined products completely. Add more water, chhach (salted lassi), coconut water, sattu ghol in your diet. Fresh lime water after lunch helps in digestion if you have gas and/or acidity problems. Having whole fruit is much better than juice and/or packaged fruit juices. Completely avoid carbonated beverages and/or cold drinks.
