Hello lybrate-user, Coffee, twice a day is okay for individuals between 18 to 21 age group and thrice or four times a day is harmless for 22 to 45 age groups individuals. In the morning, our body craves for carbohydrate (simple). And on that if you plan for workout or morning work then, you better supply you body with required amount of carbohydrate because otherwise, the whole day your body will keep on demanding for high carbs food stuffs and ultimately you may end up eating unhealthy things. You can go for milk, boiled vegetables, sweet corns, carrots or may be sandwich before going for morning walk. After morning walk, 10 mins later, have a glass of fruit juice or sattu ghol (with a bit of salt). And then, within 1.5 hrs you need to take your breakfast followed by a mid-morning snack and then lunch. Your breakfast should always be high in carbs, lunch rich in protein and dinner just a minimal amount of easily digestible carbohydrate. Thank you. Have a nice day!
