Since last 1 month I have started a gym. After going through some normal cardio and body building exercise, I am experiencing pain below right side of my chest. Mostly while taking deep breaths and expanding chest outside. It gives me sudden intense jerks of pain which is terrifying me. Please help me to understand the exact route cause. Thanks.
