She is 17 year old girl she is very thin and her body doesn't match her age. As she is a girl how can se get a perfect figure. And a good body shape. Her hight is perfect but she lacks somewhere in her perfect physical appearance as a matured girl. Please suggest something for building a perfect figure.

Check if she is having proper balanced diet or not which is it includes food from all food groups like cereals pulses fruits vegetables dairy. Include more protein in her diet in form of sprouts soybeans curd paneer cheese chicken eggs fish (if nonvegetarian) and nuts. Ensure she takes 10 to 12 glass of water daily. Avoid fried oily and maida products. Hope this helps.
