Please take the help of a dietitian who can help you with a diet chart with proper calories. The diet should be a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. If your son is acitve and healthy then there is no need to worry. Do not force or overfeed him. Avoid junk food or packaged food. Try to use natural or organic products. Do take him to the doctor atleast once a year as a preventive health check up.
