My foot was fractured and I have talus fracture on 6th june 2017. I was operated and screws was fitted. It has been five months but still heavy pain is there and I am unable to walk properly. I have gone for ct scan please read the report and advise. C.T. SCAN LEFT FOOT SPIRAL CT SCAN DONE FOR LEFT FOOT. REPORT: Generalized osteopenia noted evidence by thickened and tout trabecular pattern. Old healing comminuted fracture of talus with screw fixation noted in situ with the evidence of callus formation without complete fusion. Few small bony chip fragments noted overlying soft tissue and in tibiotalar joint space. No any collection noted within the tibiofibular and tibiocalcaneal joint space. Subtle asymmetrical reduction in the talocalcaneum and talonavicular joint space. Advise:- MRI foot with contrast for ligamentous status and further evaluation. *** End of Report *** Further Please suggest detail advise I wil be very great full to you.
