Whenever I play basketball for a couple of days continuously my lower back begins to hurt. It reduces if I stop playing but comes back if I start again. This has been since almost a year. Should I be worried?

it is better to avoid activity & allow body to get healed. basketball involves jumping activity, that can be the provoking factor. you can do mild stretching of lower back and can do simple mobility exercises till the pain subsides. regards
