I recently checked my weight and I now stand at 56 kgs and my height is 5'6. I want to lose weight and lose the fat in my inner thighs and belly region. Please suggest what I have to do to get rid of it.

Hi, there is no need to reduce weight as your weight is perfect according to your height, fat you can loose by having balanced diet and proper exercise of inner thigh and stomach, have sufficient water-3 ltrs in a day.
