I am 40 years old My hands are shaking while writing and stress in fingers, writing is not good 2) efforts and tension to submit reports to higher officers 3) fear of misunderstanding others office staff to become good in all staff 4) after office hours I am thinking only office matters to complete early and accurately intime kindly suggest me for relief techniques.

Dear , you are having anxious avoidant personality traits. Actually it is in your personality. It is not an illness but a nature. You have become like this over a period of decades and there is little chances of change. These type of persons try to complete the given task before time, they will start much ahead of the desired time to avoid fear of incompletion. They are very good subordinates and keep their boss very happy, at the sake of own peace and leisure. You may relieve yourself a little by following ways:- 1. Let others share the burden. You should delegate the responsibility among your subordinates 2. Take help of your colleagues. Many a time when you are overburdened a little help from a colleague may ease the situation. It has to be learn to ask for help from others. 3. Consult a psychiatrist, who may assess you in details and prescribe few anxiolytic medicines for some time to reduce your anxiety level.
