Sir I am 17 years old and I have a fracture in knee joint due to a bike accident. My leg was covered with plaster for 6 weeks. Doctors said Many little bone pieces have separated from my knee bone so it can not get treated with surgery or Pins. So they Told me to Plaster my leg for 6 weeks. Now my 6 weeks are over and I am exercising to make my knee bend. Sir I am only 17 years old and I want to know that can I play football again in my life?

If the patient is confident they can definitely walk. However for safer reasons it is better to keep a tripod or tetrapod stick (stick with 3 legs or stick with four legs) Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. The reason why you cannot walk more than an hour is because your muscles have become so weak and it becomes tired very easily. To break that fatigue it is advisable to drink or eat protein and mineral food which would be a reservoir for you to store the energy. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. We. You need to do good activity either in a gym or under the guidance of a physiotherapist. This will definitely help you to improve the walking pattern ie.
