I am suffering from bloating after every meal. Sometimes throughout the day. Not sure what causing this bloating. Please help.

Avoid eating oily fatty junk food, aerated drinks, heavy meals at night, increase intake of green leafy vegetables like spinach, peas, beans, fresh fruits etc. Exercise daily including brisk walk of 20 min. You can take T.PAN-D once daily early morning 15 min before breakfast and T UNIZYME once daily for 10 days. If it still persist get yourself tested for H.pylroi infection or for any parasitic infection.
