I am having hunger too often and want to eat too much since last 3-4 days. Even if I eat with full stomach, after an hour I feel hungry. This is quite irritating as I am trying to loose weight and this problem will never allow me to do the same. Pls suggest what can be done.

Hi I would suggest you to just have your blood sugar test done to rule out the doubt of hunger due to hypoglycemia. Meanwhile opt for inbteween healthy options like salads and fruits which will give fibre and keep you full for a longer duration and will also help in avoiding to pile up kilos.
