I have lot of gas problem. I eat home food. Some time I do eat junk foods. I have gas all the time it's bothers my day today activity. I always stand & drink water fast fast. My question is. 1.if I sit & drink water sip by sip will it ease gas. Is this gas formed as I drink water standing & fast fast. 2.how much water & wat time I need to have water. 3.is drinking hot water in morning & night help my digestion problems. 4.i have got my sonography done & report show lot of gas in stomach. & I have pain due to it. 5.please ny other suggesting please advice.

There are many reasons for gas formation. Defenitely you have to stop the way you drink water it's always good to sit n drink water. I can giv you some advices try to follow n notice the change after 2 months. 1) drink warm water upto 2 ltr in empty stomach in the mornings (step by step you can increase) 2) always drink 1 glass of water half an hour before breakfast, lunch n dinner. 3) drink warm or hot water after half an hour of food. 4) always chew while eating with closed mouth. 5) don't take mixed fruits (mixed cut fruits) take different fruits as seperate servings. 6) don't mix n eat different proteins at a time, eg: dal n curd (protein) with rice, avoid curd n Dal together. 7) it's very important to have regular morning exercise to get enough intestinal movements (peristalsis). 8) go for a 2-4 minutes slow walk soon after eating n lie on left side only if you hav the habit of taking a snap after eating.
