I am taking (paroxetine) for anxiety and stress issue from last month. But I am suffering from premature ejaculation since 7 years. My body. Hands and voice is also shaky. Is this P.E related with anxiety. sperm drops comes out in seconds when I do normal talk with girls. Even when I sit besides my uni classmates. And I can not perform normal work due to this premature ejaculation prescribe meds plz.

What you need is Relaxation of body and mind along with paroxetin. This can be achieved by proper learning and regularly practicing pranayama techniques from a good Yoga teacher. Particularly a technique called SECTIONAL BREATHING, and after that NAADISUDDI will give a greater level of relaxation.
