Sir meri shadi ko 4 years ho gye me bhut dino se baby ki try kar rha hu or ye meri wife bi chahti h but pta nahi kyu nahi lg rha baby or ha ak bar lga tha first me so tb usne tablet le li kyu ki us time meri wife ki study chal rhi thi so ab study puri huye 2 years ho gye .so please sir hme kya karna chahiye eske liye ak bar or baby lga tha wo misscrage ho gya. Sir please help me.
