My son complaining of abdominal pain 3 to 4 times in a day when I shown him to a doctor he advised him ultrasound but there is nothing in ultrasound report that was normal then the doctor diagnose gastric pain he advised him tablet pantocid 20 mg bd after giving him tablet it gone subsided but again happened 3 to 4 times in a day and presently he is complaining loose stool 3to4 times in a day what I do?

I hope there is no issues with pancreas such as pancreatitis since the USG is normal. In children it can happen due to habit of eating ,exertions n worms.
