My knees are very weak. Some doctors say that it is because of lack of calcium. What should I do?

Dear Lybrateuser, - To strengthen your knees, along with calcium supplement you have to have a balanced diet & do regular exercises - have fruits & vegetables, whole grains, milk & dairy products for calcium & proteins - do regular exercises like walking, leg exercises for strengthening the muscles & hence the knee - reduce weight if you are overweight.

Have calcium rich food and start with mild to moderate exercise. Do some yoga and pranayam which can help you overcome the problems naturally. Eat only healthy food ( avoid junk food, outside food and beverages ).
