I am working in Fabrication company from last 2 years there my weight is 62 but now it's turn into 72 kg. I run every day but as in a company because I don't have much time for morning walk. Also I made my food by myself. So please help for to lose the weight. Give me the proper chart of diet. So that I can be with it and my age is 23.
