Sir, Main wajan badhane ke liye ashwagandha and shatawar powder ka use kar raha hun aur mere body mein pahle se kuchh sudhar bhi ho raha hai lekin 3 Dino se mere sar mein dard and garam rahta hai to mujhe ye bataiye ki ye koi side effects to nahi ho raha hai. Is dawa ka use main 20 days se kar raha hun din mein do time milk ke sath .toilet bhi clear nahi hota hai. Please is problem ka solution batane ki kasht kare hindi language mein.
