I had a Acl tear in left knee 7 years before got reconstructed. But again got lateral meniscus tear with hoffman fracture, again got reconstructed (orthoscopy) Problem is knee is restricted to 90 bending. I am trying it get full range through physio for more than 18 months but unable Kindly help me out.
