Hello lybrate-user, To give you the best for you, I need to know your height and weight along with your age. This because everyone's body requirement is different as genetic setup in different. Still I can give you a broad idea. Small and frequent meals (feed your body with something less fatty in every 2 to 3 hrs). Cut down on carbohydrates and fats (especially fats from peanuts, red meat, butter and pastries). Keep your body hydrated. Have lots and lots of fruits and vegetables.
