Sir am practicing start and stop technique. After some time I masturbated all the load. (I heard that if masturbate again after 1 hour of masturbation we don't feel semen coming out) Then after 40 minutes I started masturbating again just like making my fingers like hole and started putting a penis in and out. (this time with dry hands and dry penis) After some time a little small tiny drop of blood came out of my penis. Any thing serious? please answer please.

nothing serious take rest for few days then do this 2 to 3 times a week with some olive or almond oil rub your hands so they are soft.
