For the last couple of days with the onset of cold, I have developed a nasal allergy with continuous sneezing, watery nose and eyes. Is boosting immunity by adding 1000 mg vitamin c daily helpful? If yes kindly suggest a tablet (OTC) with same dosage. This problem happens whenever I contact cold throughout the year, be it cold water or Air conditioner or similar. I was before prescribed with odimont fx and duonase nasal drop but the doctor told the medication needs to be continued throughout the year. I want to boost my immunity to ward off this allergy problem.
