Doing exercise is always good for health, make it as part of your life and with that maintain proper diet for stay healthy. Just one hour before your exercise take some thing lite and which can top up your energy level like orange juice or grape juice etc and do the exercise and in between exercise take sips of water to be hydrated, and after exercise take some protein rich foods (Egg, Chicken, Milk, Pulses and Legumes etc.) and take frequent small meals. Maintain 2 to 3 hours maximum gap between meals. Consider going gym as a normal exercise apart from body building and plan your exercise according to your need. Whole day take at least 3 liter of water.
